Student Government speech
Hello everyone my name is Samantha and I would like to be part of student government. When it's every assembly I would always see the year 6's and thought how lucky they are. Having the job that I always wanted when i'm going to have my last year of primary which is right now. And I would always picture myself being part of student government no matter what it takes to be part of it I would always push myself to the limits. If I were to be part of it I would do fundraising for the outdoor shelter for the school pool and have mufti day and when it is chilly I would sell some hot chocolate and give all the money to the PTA. And also I would want to start a ice cream Friday or if some people are dairy free I guess we can still have ice block Friday and maybe a juicy Thursday. Why I want to be part of student government is because I want to show everybody that I have leadership, integrity, kindness and of course honesty I could not picture a leader without honesty and I don't like lying because I would be disappointed in myself. I am very creative when it becomes to ideas I can think really quick and good ideas that will work. Also I am confident and enthusiastic and I love learning. It would mean the world to me to be part of student government. I am respectful to others and I respect other peoples decision and what they think about me if I would be a great fit in student government as I say again this would mean the world to me and a great way to start my last year and I am grateful to have the chance to apply for student government. I would like to say good luck to everyone else that are applying for this position. Please vote for me! As I say I will respect other peoples decision because I don't want to force other people thank you so much for listening or reading my speech.
Maker education (a term coined by Dale Dougherty in 2013) closely associated with STEM learning, is an approach to problem-based and project-based learning that relies upon hands-on, often collaborative, learning experiences as a method for solving authentic problems.
